Delivery
All of our subscription boxes fit through most standard letter boxes. We send everything from the UK via our national carrier the Royal Mail who in turn pass it to your local countries national postal carrier for delivery. Orders take approximately between 4 - 6 working days to be delivered but this can vary between countries.
If for some reason you haven't received your order within ten days, please email us at info@ffsbeauty.eu and we’ll send another package pronto!
All recurring deliveries are sent free of charge.
Returns
We're convinced you're going to love your new FFS razor, however, if you have any problems with your product and subscription, please email us at info@ffsbeauty.eu. As we offer free delivery, unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns service, unless your razor is faulty.
Refunds
We're sure you'll never want to leave FFS, however, you can cancel at any time by sending an email with your details to info@ffsbeauty.eu.
